The staff are attentive, managed the parking in a hotel garage. The property is set in a magnificent and perfect location short walk to main shopping center-Delta Planet Banja Luka as well as the city centre, lot of cafes and bars.

Loved staying at the twin/double room with really nice furniture and comfortable beds, for instance. Location: the hotel was short walk to even the restaurant, lot of cafes, and the airport. Café Restoran Aj'zdravo located 1 mi away was a nice surprise: D

Breakfast was awesome, so many different things to choose from - it was a real treat. the bed in the double room was like sleeping on clouds, and they even had a fridge, kettle, and air conditioning. 😊

The hotel staff were ultra-friendly, especially Lady Beta from the reception. The national cuisine restaurant and "italianish" club/bar were impressive. The security team ensured a safe environment. The hotel, being moderately priced, was a great value for EU travelers.
